I'll never forget when we bought our house in Ocean Gate, There was Jimmy on the front porch reading his paper but watching us tour the property with the realtor. I leaned over the fence and introduced myself and he looked at me and asked "Do you like Beer?" I replied Sure! He said "We'll get along Famously"!
