Elsa Concepcion Obituary
Elsa M. Concepcion, age 61, of Bayonne, New Jersey passed away on March 20, 2021. She was born on July 23, 1960 in Burgos Surigao, Philippines to Florito and Teresita (Alvarado) Macaldo. On April 12, 1985, Elsa married Teodulfo Concepcion in Cavite, Philippines.
Elsa earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Commerce with a major in Marketing and graduated from the Polytechnic University of Philippines. Elsa was a devoted Kindergarten Teacher who was passionately committed to the elementary education of young kids.
She is survived by her husband, Ted Concepcion; daughter, Marianne Concepcion, New Jersey; son, Justin Concepcion, New Jersey; Daughter-in-law, Priyanka Concepcion, New Jersey; sisters, Sherlita Baas of New Jersey, Jocelyn Sarmiento, Cecilia Macaldo, and Juvy Sunando all of the Philippines.
Elsa is preceded in death by her parents, Florito and Teresita Macaldo, sisters, Maria Luz Waid, Melinda Bernardo and brothers, Reynaldo Macaldo and Danilo Macaldo.
A memorial service will be held from 4:00 – 8:00 pm on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at Greenville Memorial Home, in Jersey City, New Jersey.
