He was predeceased by: his parents, Madge McNerney, and Thomas McNerney, Sr.; his wife Ann Marie; and his siblings, Joan Vitone, Thomas, John, James, William and Frank McNerney.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Sosnowski (Mike), Daniel J. Jr. (Mary Ellen), Michael (Renee) and Martin McNerney (Lorraine); his grandchildren, Daniel (Colleen), Kevin, Christopher, Martin McNerney and Megan McGuriman (Kevin); and his great grandchildren, Mae, Hudson Mc Nerney and Colin McGuriman.
