She was predeceased by: her husband John Evancik Jr.; her parents, John Rembisz and Mary Rembisz (Czajkowski); her parents-in-law, John Sr. and Mary Evancik; her brothers, Thaddeus Rembisz, Edward and Joseph Rembisz; and her son-in-law Anthony A. Summers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Clare Summers and Maryann Oldano; her son-in-law Edward; and her granddaughter Larisa Oldano (Joyce Skibbie). She is also survived by daughter and daughter-in-law.
