He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Maria; his sister Regina; his brother-in-law Henry Chmara; his brothers, Roman and Eugene; his sons, Robert Kaniewski (Maria) and Gregory Kaniewski (Andrea); his brother John (Ola); his siblings-in-law, Donna Kaniewski, Stella and Zbigniew Banek; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Katelyn, Danielle and Corinne. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, funeral services will be privately held.
