He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Eufemia Rotolo and Giovanni Rotolo; his former wife Doris Sherry-Rotolo; and his siblings, Salvatore Rotolo (Louisa), Rosa Rotolo and Costanza Cannavo (Espedito "Frank).
He is survived by: his daughters, Maria Rotolo, Antoinette Rotolo-McGee (Charles) and Lisa Rotolo-Burke (Darren); his grandchildren, Louis, Antonia, Giovanni Pisaniello, Amanda Riccardi-Delgado (Christopher Delgado), Connor, Anthony, Olivia McGee, John, Darren and Nino Burke; his great grandchildren, Maria, Giovanni, Caden, Catherine, Christopher and Adriana; and his sister Nancy Gadaleta (Ignazio). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
