He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Pucciarelli and James Pucciarelli; his son Joseph Pucciarelli; his grandson Justin Bellini; his stepfather Vincent DeRosa; and his parents-in-law, Frances Reilly (Bernard), Teresa Smonig (John), Rosemary Earley (Paul), Joseph Pucciarelli (Lucienne) and James Pucciarelli, Jr. (Elizabeth).

He is survived by: his wife Clara Pucciarelli; his children, Kathy Kopf (John), Maureen Smith (Larry) and Jack McGlone; his grandchildren, Joshua Kopf (Kathleen), Devin Rodriguez (Anthony), Courtney Kopf (Jason), Jessie and Madison McGlone; his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Quinn, Nadia and Mia; and his sisters, Kathryn Arcolio (John) and Mary DeRosa.
