She was predeceased by: her husband Jozef L. Chlasciak; her parents, Mieczyslaw and Henryka; and her brother Piotrus Kobialka. She is survived by: her children, Martha Fogu (Thomas) and Michael (Alicia Chlasciak); her sisters, Donna Szymczak (Mark) and Urszula Zalewska; and her grandchildren, Tyler, Sydney and Steel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
