He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelina Caputo and Antonio Caputo; and his sisters, Jean Mongiello (late Gerard) and Ida Caltagirone (late Vincent). He is survived by: his wife Grace; his children, Anthony Caputo (late Mary Finnerty) and Angela Testa (Rick); his grandchildren, Ricky and Toni Ann Testa; his goddaughter Joanne Carine; and his close friend John 'Mersh Terracciano. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
