He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Julia Sr. and Modest Revineos; his spouse Claudeen Julia; his brother Walter Julia; and his stepson Bernard Hayden Ray III (Claudeen Julia).
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Luayne Ray-Johnson (Monrieka); and his grandchildren, Jasmine Sam, Brandi Sam, Bernard Sam, Kiante Bush (Jewel), Jaelin Johnson, Najee Ray, Anthony Simar and Jordyn Bush.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 4308 Suitland Rd, Hillcrest Heights, MD 20746. A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
