He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick W. MacDonald and Harriet Brooks MacDonald; his wife Marguerite Lynn MacDonald; and his siblings, William P. MacDonald and Lydia Brunner.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas (Christine MacDonald) of Granite Springs, NY and Julie (Barry Falterman) of Red Bank, NJ. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren.
