He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Tillson Sr. and Anna B. Baumbauch; his close friend Jack Keller; and his sister Georgina Baumbach McKenna. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Louise Tillson; his children, Carol Beth Tillson, Charles Frederick "Chip" Tillson (Joyce Applegate Tillson) and Ellen Tillson Parker (Michael Joseph Parker); and his grandchildren, Emily Carol Parker, Benjamin Joseph Parker, Matthew J. Ross and Cameron J. Ross. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
