He is survived by: his parent Warrick Lee of Carbondale, PA.; his spouse Ann Marie Duffy; his son Warrick Edward Lee, III (Donna); his grandson Kevin Joseph Lee of Gladstone, NJ; his nephew Rob Jones (Jennifer); his niece Anne Duffy; and his sister Marianne Duffy of Arlington.
