He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
When a small, underfunded cancer counseling center approached him seeking a new space with seemingly impossible criteria and no budget, Todd mobilized his far-reaching network of friends and colleagues, arranging the donation of a dilapidated historic building andthen taking on the wholesale renovation of the property.
