In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Russell leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Russell may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Hoge and Sara Hoge (Hall); and his sister Shirley. He is survived by: his wife Jill Paul; his children, Nancy Coto and Andrew Hoge; the mother of his children Lynne Hoge; his brother Ron Hoge; and his grandchildren, Emilia, Benjamin and Ange.
