She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Bergen and Julia Bergen; her husband Ray; and her sister Mary. She is survived by: her sons, David (Cynthia), Daniel (Sharon) and John (Christine); her grandchildren, Megan, Matthew, Julianne, John Patrick, Jr., Anthony and Christopher; her great grandchildren, McKayla, Callie, Ella, Victoria, Emily, Max, Georgia and John Patrick, III; her sister Patty Bergen Cray; and her friend Kathy Lucy.
