He is survived by: his wife Christine DoRego; his mother Susan P. Howley; his siblings, Joshua N. Howley (Briana) and Samantha Howley (Jay Harley); his niece Wren Howley; and his nephews, Finn Howley, Jack and Beckett Harley.
