He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Arlo, Elaine Brown, NJ, Marie and Robert Welsh.
He is survived by: his parents, Marie Brown (Welsh) and Jeffrey W. Brown Sr.; his brother Sean Welsh Brown; and his pet Keira. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
