She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Kerns. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Mullens, Kathleen Howells (John) and John Kerns (Nadine); and her grandchildren, Jacquelyn Mullens, Jack, Claire Kerns and Kenneth Howells. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, brother-in-law.
