He is survived by: his friend Bill W.; his wife Letitia Lum; his children, Joy Matranga (Christopher) and Jennifer Washburn; his grandson Nathan Matranga; and his sisters, Joan De Boer (John) and Diane Simmons. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donation may be made in his memory to Basking Ridge Fire Department or Liberty Corner Fire Department.
