He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman and Isabella Thompson; his wife Elizabeth Gray Thompson; his daughter Beth; and his close friend Nessie Irish.
He is survived by: his children, Sherrill (Terence Woodhouse), Kenneth, Dale (Judy), Deborah (John Ackerman), Keith (Alisa) and Glenn (Pam). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and spouses; 22 great grandchildren, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
