He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick "Paddy" Merrigan and Ellen "Eileen" Merrigan; his brother William "Willie" Merrigan; and his sister-in-law Annamai Merrigan. He is survived by: his wife Mandy Merrigan; his daughters, Jess Merrigan and Jule Merrigan; and his siblings, Patrick Merrigan, Johnny Merrigan (Lily), Tommy Merrigan (Mary), Jimmy Merrigan (Maire), Gerry Merrigan (Lily), Richie Merrigan (Hilde), Mary O'Leary (Brendan) and Ann O'Hanlon (Jimmy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members & dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions may be made in Francis' memory to Elk's Camp Moore, a summer camp for children with special needs, Susquehanna Drive, 5 Susquehanna Avenue, Haskell, NJ 07420.
