He is survived by: his wife Ruth Herbert (Moore); his children, Donald Jr., Rick, Diane, Betty Jane and Donna; his stepchildren, Bonnie, Steve and Scott; and his siblings, Joyce, Mirial, Marion and Bob. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
