He is survived by: his wife Martha (Bernacchi); his sons, Christian (Catherine) of Atlanta, GA, Charles, Morgan and Rhys; his grandchild Erin Bacon (Shaun) of Lansdale, PA.; his brothers, Bruce Olivier (Pam) of La Quinta, CA and William Stelter (Lisa) of Plano, TX.; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Catherine McMahon (Daniel) of Dayton, MD and Gerrie Pretzel (Vicki Haiduk) of Richardson, TX..
