It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dave Chadwick of Basking Ridge, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on January 31, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Dave Chadwick; his brother Stephen Chadwick; and his nephew Anthony. He is survived by: his mother Carol Chadwick of Waterford, ON; his sister Stacy Capra; his brother-in-law Wally Capra of Fairfield, NJ; his nieces and nephews, Nino, Rachel and Melissa; his sister Cathy Chadwick (Vito Oriente) of Caledonia, ON; his sister Patty Chadwick Jones; his niece Tiffany Oberbaur of Germany; his brother-in-law Sal Ciccone of East Hanover, NJ; his close friend Walter Zagibaylo (Belinda); his pet Maggie; and also, Elysse and Bob Jones of Walnut Creek, CA. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, and many cousins, and also his grand nieces and grand nephews, who he called his grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center in Madison NJ, or the animal rescue organization or shelter of your choice.
