She is survived by: her husband Robert Spiwak; her children, Robert Spiwak, Rosemary Polak, Maureen Debrot and Lydia Hansen; her grandchildren, Jonathan Polak, Brett Polak, Rachel Polak, Cassandra Polak, Marissa Debrot, Joelle Debrot, Elise Debrot, Gianna Debrot, Colette Hansen, Jared Hansen, Celine Hansen and Chase Hansen; and her great grandchild Anastasia Polak.
