He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel and Bernie; and his siblings, Sandy and Bernard. He is survived by: his spouse Clare C Frank (Livingston); his children, Samuel Frank, Tanya Williamson, Thomas Frank Jr., Tracy, Crystal (Dennis), Richard Alvarado and Clare (Charles Hendricks); his sister Kathy Hack; and his godson Raymond Kube. He is also survived by his many sisters and brother in laws.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Holy Angels Parish, 81 Cooper Street, Woodbury, NJ 08096.
