He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Chandler and Russell Chandler; and his sibling Rand Chandler. He is survived by: his children, Roger, Renee and Jessica; and his siblings, Russell, Richard, Ronald, Rodney, Bonnie, Janice and Michael. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
