She was predeceased by: her mother Bettylou Henry; and her brother John. She is survived by: her child Courtney Orf; and her siblings, Nancy Nable, Valerie Pfannenstein, Patty Dugan, Gary, Chuck, Ronnie, Scott, Bobbi, Donna, Lois Van Blarcom, Edward and Wayne. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Courtney Orf to assist her during this transition c/o Popiolek Funeral Home.
