He was predeceased by: his daughter Colleen; and his brothers, Edward and Roland. He is survived by: his wife Janis Savage; his children, Michael and Bonnie Savage-Rapposelli (Raymond); his grandchildren, Randy Rapposelli, Raymond Angelo Rapposelli (Gabrielle), Rose Rapposelli, Romeo Rapposelli, Julianne Savage and Elaina Savage; his brother-in-law Anthony Capacchione; and his siblings, Richard and Roseann Tenerelli. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in Dave's name to National Wildlife Federation or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
