He was predeceased by: his parents, William Schworn and Elaine Schworn; his sisters, Lisa Enz, Jennifer Schworn and Janine Schworn; his brother-in-law Craig Enz; and his uncles, John and Martin Gould.
He is survived by: his wife Rose L. Schworn (Chybinski); his sons, Jared John and Jayden William; his aunt Irene Clark; his mother-in-law Barbara Chybinski; and his siblings-in-law, Justine Yakovchuk, Antoinette Sepulveda and Edward Debesis (Melissa). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
