He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathleen; his children, William Gowen Jr. (Jan), Kevin Gowen (Mary Lynn), Barbara Lowe (Bob Baumann) and Robert Gowen; his grandchildren, Ryan, Kelly (Spencer), Lori, Bill, Dan, Matthew and Emily; his great grandchildren, Reagan and Theo; and his daughter-in-law Pam Gowen.
