He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Freeland and Phoeb Freeland (Arrowsmith); his wife Suzanne Kuntz; his son James Freeland (Suzanne); his grandson Michael; his daughter Lisa Kaszuba (James); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Emily and Kiera; his daughter Jennifer Nicolini (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Alexandra and Andrew; and his son Eric Freeland (Matthew Tosiello).
To honor Bill's legacy, in lieu of flowers, the family requests tribute donations be made to Jersey Shore Council, Boy Scouts of America, 1518 Ridgeway Road, Toms River, NJ 08755.
