We are sad to announce that on February 26, 2025, Roxanne S. Keelan of Barnegat, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Roxanne farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Roxanne is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Kennedy Nasdeo. She is survived by: her parents, Mark Keelan and Jacqueline Keelan; and her brother Raymond Keelan (Caroline Bucca).
A reception will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Barnegat Funeral Home (841 W Bay Ave, Barnegat Township, NJ 08005).
