He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Jacob; his daughters, Jill Ralston, Beth DeStefano and Amy Forshew (Keith); his grandchildren, Jamie Montie, Jeffrey Ralston, Julie Ralston, Bryana DeStefano, Brooke Conte, Bryson DeStefano, Elena Forshew and Benjamin Forshew; and his great grandchildren, Cora Montie and Colin Montie.
