He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Deitz Wagner and Frank Wagner; his wife Helen Moriarty Wagner; and his siblings, Frank Wagner, Margaret Radzewick and Madeline Ozeleas.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Ann Duggan McNamara; his daughter Judith Wagner Lynch; his son-in-law Christopher Lynch; his son Richard G Wagner, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Gladys; his granddaughters, Katherine Lynch (Joshua Stein), Jennifer Lynch, Megan and Emily Wagner; his great grandchild Abigail Lynch Stein; and his siblings-in-law, John Moriarty, Jr., James Moriarty and Doris Cabansag. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
