She was predeceased by: her husband Robert E. Webb; her parents, Joseph Marrotta and Josephine Marrotta; and her parent-in-law Clare Webb. She is survived by: her siblings, Josephine Cerrato, Patricia and Vince Chiaro; her nieces and nephews, Roxanne, Theresa (Bill), Michael (Debbie), Vincent (Taylor) and Lauren; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Samantha, Joseph, Jacob, Patrick, Kierstin and Zachary.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Phyllis' memory may be made to the American Lung Association or the Wounded Warrior Project.
