Smith (Laura), Donna Smith and JoAnn Hoffman (David); his stepchildren, Stefanie Kane and Jacqueline Christiano; his grandchildren, Michael Jr. (Alexandra), Amanda, Gillian, Alex, Jessica, Kaitlyn, Ryan, Madeline, Charlotte and Max; and his sisters, Marciia and Joan.
