She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph and Madeline; her husband Julian Leszczak Jr.; and her children, Kirk and Laura.
She is survived by: her son Ray Leszczak; and her grandchildren, Christopher Leszczak, Tom Leszczak and Victoria Woodworth.
