He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Scala and Angelina Scala (Sciacchitano); and his siblings, Frank, Philip Scala, Jr., Gloria Sirico and Yolanda Sirico.
He is survived by: his wife Lucy J. Scala; his children, Angela Scala, John (Monica Scala), Philip (Cindy Scala), Andrew (Meghan Scala) and Margaret Scala; and his grandchildren, Joseph, Larissa, Matthew, Michael, Ashley, Caitlyn, Johnny, Evan, Sydney, Alexandria, Samantha, Andrew, Jr. and Christopher. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandkids.
