With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Coughlin of Barnegat, New Jersey, who passed away on June 18, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Tony; and her parents, Harold Dubell and Mary Dubell. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her siblings, Maryann Russo and Monsignor James Dubell; her stepchildren, Anne Clevenger (Ken), Rick Coughlin (Kim), May Gaffney (Thomas) and Carolyn Raiman (Robert); her niece Joann Gsell (Kevin); her nephew Anthony Russo IV (Melissa); her grandchildren, Kelly, Connor Coughlin, Michael, Kenny Clevenger, Andrew, Christian Raiman, Kate and Patrick Gaffney; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jackie, Elizabeth, Kevin, Luke Gsell, Gabby and AJ Russo.
