He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard E. Spencer Jr. and Elizabeth Cox; and his stepson Jack Marsh. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Spencer; his children, Howard Spencer, Donna Schaal (Kenny), John Spencer (Kathy) and Nancy Ann Spencer; his stepchildren, Christine Esposito (Tom), Fred Eurick (Jackie) and Debbie Todd (Don); and his sister Nancy Zell (Fred). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
