He is survived by: his children, Melissa Anne (Sam), Herbert "Mike" Jr. (Kelly), Jessica, Robert and Brittany; his grandchildren, Victoria, Winston, Alexis, Michael, Sarah, Jayden, Dante, Miranda, Destiny, Peyton, Sam, Sage and Josh; his great grandchildren, Zayn and Alora; and his siblings, Faye, Darlene, Emma, Diane, Terry, Gary and Scott.
