He was predeceased by: his stepdaughter Kelly Greberis. He is survived by: his children, Diana Crines and Eric Hoffmann (Jodi); his stepchildren, William Makowitz (Lisa) and Kaitlyn Siracusa (Carlo); his son Robert Middleton; and his sisters, Gertraut Zdanowski (Robert) and Erna Bishop. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
