She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Stefan and Margaret Stefan; and her husband Robert W Jacob. She is survived by: her daughters, Jill Ralston, Beth DeStefano and Amy Forshew (Keith); her grandchildren, Jamie Montie, Jeffrey Ralston, Julie Ralston, Bryana DeStefano, Brooke Conte, Bryson DeStefano, Elena Forshew and Benjamin Forshew; and her great grandchildren, Cora Montie and Colin Montie.
