He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Barber and Evelyn Mary Barber; and his brothers, Edward James Barber "Bitty" and Eric Allen Barber. He is survived by: his daughters, Lillian Tashell Barber and Christina Marie Barber; his wife Sylvia Battaglia-Barber; his children, Jessica Amanda Albanese and Devin Lee Barber; his sisters, Joyce A. Thorpe and Carol E. Barber; and his grandchildren, Aubree R. and Austin R.. He is also survived by his goddaughter, and a host of sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, and many nieces and nephews.
