She was predeceased by: her parents, Steven Veliky and Anna Veliky; her husband Edward J. Petrasek; her children, Donna L. Petrasek and Mark E. Petrasek; and her grandson Mark E. Petrasek, Jr..

She is survived by: her daughter Laura O'Leary; her grandchildren, Alexis Merritt (Joseph) and Estee Marques (Matthew); her great grandchild Luca Marques; and her boyfriend Robert Zappulla.

Due to Covid restrictions the family will hold a private funeral service and burial in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
