He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mastrocola and Elizabeth Mastrocola (Ciacciarelli); and his brother Anthony Mastrocola. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Lynch (Bryan) and Domenick Mastrocola Jr. (Josephine); and his grandchildren, Louie, Nora, Rosa, Nolan and Connor.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, The Sons of Italy, or The Disabled Veteran's Association.
