She was predeceased by: her husband Walter "Al" Tylor; her parents, Clara Totka and Stephen Zak; and her siblings, Anna Zak and Stephen Zak.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beverly Palinkas (Joseph) and Diane Palush (Allan); her grandchildren, Jennifer and Allan Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Oliver and Sammy.
In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Shriners Children's Hospital and the National Kidney Foundation in Clara's name.
