He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaetano and Mary. He is survived by: his wife Sally; his sons, Anthony J. Gaetano, Jr. and Michael (Wendy Gaetano); his grandchildren, Alexis (John Fox), Angelo, Caleb, Annaliese, Claudia and Clyde; and his aunt Antoinette "Dolly" Kizima. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and relatives.
